As a matter of principle, we will attempt to the best of our ability to rectify any problem that a customer has with a product of ours. Should a customer find that the Nitrogen or Nitrogen Basic interconnects are incompatible with his or her system, we will trade-out those cables for Tube-Nitro interconnects at no charge.
